What this site is
An informational site describing a carousel design service. Nothing on it is a contract, an offer, or a guarantee of results.
Pricing
Package prices listed here are current as of the date above and may change. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written agreement or invoice we both accept. Listing a price here doesn't obligate me to accept any particular project.
Services
Any actual work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, payment, revisions, and ownership. These terms don't replace that agreement, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Sample work and third-party trademarks
The portfolio on this site shows unsolicited concept work — carousels I designed for companies I'd like to work with. None of it was commissioned, paid for, approved, or endorsed by the companies shown.
Company names, logos, brand colors, and trademarks appearing in those samples belong to their respective owners. They're used to illustrate design capability, not to suggest any partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
If you represent a company shown here and want its sample removed, email zander@northslide.co and I'll take it down promptly.
My content
Except for third-party trademarks noted above, the design, text, layout, and original artwork on this site belong to Northslide. Please don't copy or republish it without permission. Quoting a sentence with attribution and a link is fine.
What you can't do
Don't use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its hosting, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or submit false information or spam through the contact form.
Contact form
Anything you send through the contact form should be information you're comfortable sending by ordinary email. Don't send confidential material, credentials, or sensitive personal data. Sending a message doesn't create a client relationship or any obligation on my part to respond or take a project.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. I make no guarantee that it will be error-free, always available, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Northslide isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Any liability connected to this site is limited to $100 or the amount you've paid me in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.
Some places don't allow these limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version posted here with the date at the top is the current one. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
